Easy 30-day returns and exchanges from the date you receive your order. Sizes didn't fit the way you hoped? No problem — that's why we made this simple.

Here's how it works

  1. Log in to your account using the button below. We'll send you a one-time code by email — no password needed.
  2. Pick the items you want to return or exchange from your recent orders.
  3. Choose refund or exchange. For exchanges, pick the new size or color you'd like instead — we'll ship it free.
  4. Print the prepaid label we email you (US orders) and drop the package at any USPS location.
  5. We'll process your refund or send the replacement within 3 business days of receiving the return.

What can I return?

  • Any unworn, unwashed item with tags still attached, within 30 days of delivery.
  • Final-sale items (anything marked "Final Sale" on the product page) are not eligible for return — only exchange for the same item in a different size.
  • Intimates, swim bottoms, and earrings can't be returned for hygiene reasons.

How long does it take?

  • Refunds: 3 business days after we receive the package, plus 5–10 days for the refund to land on your card or PayPal.
  • Exchanges: The replacement ships the same day we receive your return — free US shipping both ways.
