Sizing & Fit

What sizes do you carry?

We carry S to 4X in most styles, with 5X available on select pieces. Every product page has a detailed size chart with bust, waist, hip, and length measurements in inches. See our full size chart for measurements.

How do your clothes fit?

Most pieces are designed true-to-size with a curve-friendly cut — meaning room for hips, bust, and thighs without bagging at the waist. Each product page notes if a specific item runs small, large, or true to size.

I'm between sizes — what should I do?

Size up. Our fabrics have great recovery, so a slightly looser fit drapes better than a piece that's pulling. If you're unsure between two sizes, email customersupport@kothlis.com and we'll look at the exact measurements with you.

Are your clothes plus-size friendly?

Yes — Kothlis is built curve-first. We carry S–4X (5X on select styles) and design every piece to flatter fuller bodies, not just scale up straight-size patterns. Bust, hip, and thigh room is built in from the start.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days, and standard delivery takes another 3–7 business days within the U.S. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. See our full shipping page for details.

How much does shipping cost?

Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $6.95. Expedited shipping is $14.95.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we ship within the United States only. We're working on Canada and the UK next — sign up for our email list to be the first to know.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days, email customersupport@kothlis.com and we'll check on it for you.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer 30-day returns on unworn items with original tags attached. Email customersupport@kothlis.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions within 1 business day. See our full returns page.

How do exchanges work?

If a size or fit isn't right, email customersupport@kothlis.com with your order number and the size you want. We'll walk you through the process.

What items can't be returned?

Final sale items, intimates and swimwear (for hygiene reasons), gift cards, and anything marked "non-returnable" on the product page. Everything else is fully returnable within 30 days as long as it's unworn with tags.

My item arrived damaged or wrong — what do I do?

We're so sorry — that's on us to fix. Email customersupport@kothlis.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and hit your card within an additional 2–5 business days, depending on your bank.

Discounts & Promotions

How do I use HELLO15?

HELLO15 gives you 15% off your first order. Add items to your cart, head to checkout, paste HELLO15 in the discount code box, and click Apply. It works on full-price items and stacks with our free shipping over $75.

HELLO15 isn't working — why?

HELLO15 is for first-time customers only. If you've ordered before with the same email, the code won't apply. Only one code applies per order. Still stuck? Email customersupport@kothlis.com.

When do you have sales?

We rotate sale items every 2–4 weeks, and our Sale collection is always live. Sign up for emails to hear about flash sales and seasonal markdowns first.

Orders & Payment

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders fast — usually within a few hours. Reach out within 2 hours of placing your order at customersupport@kothlis.com and we'll do our best. After that, we may not be able to stop it before it ships.

Do I need an account to order?

Nope — guest checkout works fine. Creating an account makes reorders faster, lets you track everything in one place, and saves your sizes for next time.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Checkout runs through Shopify's PCI-compliant payment system — your card details are never stored on our servers. We use SSL encryption on every page.

How do I contact you?

Where are you located?

Kothlis is based in Palm Bay, Florida.

How do I care for my clothes?

Care instructions are on the tag of each piece, but most Kothlis items do best with cold-water machine wash on gentle cycle and tumble dry low or hang to dry. Avoid bleach. For specialty fabrics, check the care label or product page.
