Kothlis sells curve-first plus-size fashion in sizes S–4X. We do our best to display product colors, fabrics, and details accurately, but actual product appearance may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting. All product measurements are listed in the size guide on each product page.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or discontinue any product at any time. All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.

3. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we'll attempt to notify you by contacting the email or phone number provided.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, including a valid email and shipping address.

4. Payment

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's PCI-compliant payment system. Your card information is never stored on our servers.

5. Shipping & Returns

Shipping and return terms are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

6. Discount Codes & Promotions

Discount codes (including HELLO15) are subject to specific terms and may have restrictions including but not limited to: first-time customer only, minimum order value, single use per customer, exclusion of sale items, or expiration dates. Only one discount code may be used per order. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
