We ship Kothlis orders quickly and carefully, with tracking so you always know where your order is.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states, DC, and US territories. International shipping (Canada and the UK first) is coming soon — sign up for emails at the bottom of any page to be notified.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and ready to ship within 3–5 business days of order placement. During sales, holidays, or new product launches, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. You can also log into your Kothlis account to view tracking and order history.
Shipping Partners
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on package size and destination. The carrier is selected for fastest delivery to your address.
Delivery Issues
Tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it? First, check with neighbors and around your property — packages are sometimes left in less obvious spots. Then contact us at customersupport@kothlis.com within 7 days and we'll help file a claim with the carrier.
Tracking hasn't updated in over 5 business days? Email us and we'll chase the carrier for an update.
Wrong shipping address entered? Email us within 2 hours of placing your order at customersupport@kothlis.com. We'll do our best to catch it before it ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you. For confirmed stolen packages (theft after delivery), we'll work with you to file a claim with the carrier and offer a discount on a replacement order.
PO Boxes & Military Addresses
We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses via USPS. Delivery times to these addresses may be slightly longer.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax laws.
