Easy 30-Day Returns & Free Exchanges

At Kothlis, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Returns
We accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Free Exchanges
Exchanges are 100% free. If a size or fit isn't right, email us with your order number and the size you'd like — we'll send a prepaid label for the original and ship your new size as soon as the return is on its way back.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email customersupport@kothlis.com with your order number and the reason for return or exchange.
- We'll email a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
- Pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible, with tags still attached.
- Drop off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Timing
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 2 business days. The funds typically appear on your card within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Final sale items (marked clearly on the product page)
- Intimates and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
- Items worn, washed, or without original tags
- Gift cards
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email customersupport@kothlis.com with your order number and a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no cost — and in most cases, you won't need to return the original.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping for exchanges is always free. For standard returns, return shipping is also free — we'll cover the cost as part of our commitment to a great experience.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, please check with your bank first, then contact us at customersupport@kothlis.com and we'll trace it for you.
