Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Our Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Free of perfume, deodorant, makeup, smoke, or pet hair
How to Start a Return
Email us at customersupport@kothlis.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- Reason for return (so we can keep improving)
We'll email you a return authorization and the return address within 1 business day.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we can't issue a refund for returns that get lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take an additional 2–5 days to post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
Exchanges
Need a different size? We process exchanges as a return + new order. Email customersupport@kothlis.com and we'll walk you through it. Check our size chart before ordering to help find your best fit.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Swimwear and intimates (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked "Final Sale" on the product page
- Items purchased with a discount code of 30% or more off
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email customersupport@kothlis.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or refund — no need to return the damaged item.
