Shipping Information
We're a small plus-size boutique based in Florida, and we ship to all 50 U.S. states. Here's everything you need to know about getting your Kothlis order to your door.
Shipping Rates
- Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders over $75
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $6.95 flat rate
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $14.95 flat rate
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow it from our supplier to your doorstep.
Delivery Times
Because we work with carefully selected suppliers to bring you curated plus-size fashion, total delivery time (processing + shipping) is typically:
- Standard: 7–14 business days from order date
- Expedited: 5–9 business days from order date
Order Tracking
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our supplier. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email us at customersupport@kothlis.com and we'll check on it for you.
International Shipping
At this time, Kothlis ships within the United States only. We're working on expanding internationally — sign up for our email list to be the first to know when we ship to your country.
Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, email us at customersupport@kothlis.com within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to update the address before it ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Kothlis is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us at customersupport@kothlis.com so we can help.
