We want you to love what you ordered. If the fit isn’t right, we make it easy to swap it out — no drama, no restocking fees, ever.

Free Size Exchanges

  • Exchange for a different size within 30 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are free — we cover the return shipping label.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.
  • Final sale items (marked on the product page) are not eligible.

Returns for Store Credit

  • Return any eligible item within 30 days for store credit.
  • Store credit is issued as a gift card and never expires.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds to Original Payment

  • Refunds to the original payment method are available within 14 days of delivery.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.
  • Original shipping is non-refundable.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at customersupport@kothlis.com with your order number and reason.
  2. We’ll send a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
  3. Pack the item securely and drop it at any USPS location.
  4. Once received and inspected, your exchange ships or credit is issued within 2 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right immediately — replacement shipped at no cost, no return needed.
